Labor law
A wide range of obligations of employers in relation to labor relations includes the harmonization of all internal acts, from employment contracts to various rulebooks with laws and bylaws and in foreign elements, also with international regulations and ratified international agreements.
Normal and uninterrupted functioning of every company implies a developed labor policy and procedures in labor relations, where the role of our office is reflected in the preparation of documents of our clients, from employment contracts, internal acts, to drafting documents related to termination of contractual relations, either by agreement, or by the will of the employee or employer, as well as due to technological, economic or organizational changes in
employers.
An integral part of this area includes trade union organization, so our office participated in that form, both in the establishment of individual unions, and in later advisory roles in the process ofwork of these unions.
Finally, it is not uncommon for employees to exercise their rights through the courts, so our office has a rich practice in terms of representation, of both employers and employees, which
further complements our knowledge of this area.
